We are going to post a challenge here every week. It will be more physical in nature but sometimes it will not be. We will publish 5 levels. We are using Ski Sign nomenclature to indicate those levels. You have to determine what level you are, but if you need help, feel free to ask. When in doubt start at the lower level. See disclaimer above
Levels:
Bunny Hill: First Day / Contemplating
Green: Beginner
Blue Green: More than a beginner but not at Intermediate
Blue: Intermediate
Black: Advanced
Double Black: Very Advanced
For this week: for all levels. Commit to movement. As a stroke patient it is easy to not want to do anything and wait for the magic device to help. But I made a commitment to getting back as much as possible. It wasn’t easy & most people around me were very uncomfortable with me doing things. So the ask this week is the commitment.
